Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use this website, on any device and in either language.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, for the public website in English and Somali.
What we do
- We run automated accessibility checks on key pages in light and dark mode, on phone and desktop widths, in both languages.
- Pages use proper headings, labelled form fields, visible keyboard focus and text with enough contrast.
- Colour is never the only way we show meaning.
Known gaps
- Automated tools find only part of the problems. We have not yet completed a full manual review with assistive technology.
- Some video content may not have captions yet.
- The learner dashboard has had less review than the public pages.
Tell us about a barrier
If something on this website is hard to use, tell us the page, what you tried and the device or assistive technology you use. We aim to reply within five working days and will tell you what we can fix.
